Rationale

Users have a difficult time finding their lab directory(s) and labs may have difficulty setting up a standardized lab directory.

This command should help labs set up their base lab directories in a standardized fashion, and should help users find their home directory(s) within the lab space.

Details

We will define a standardized lab setup with e.g. home, scratch, data, and opt directories. This program will allow labs to define a lab manager that is responsible for maintaining the lab space, allow the lab manager to setup the lab space, and allow users to find the directory within the space.
